We at Audco India Limited (herein after referred as "AIL") hope our site www.ailvalves.com. (hereinafter referred as "Site") provides useful information and the time spent at our site is fruitful. At the same time the use is limited and conditional as per the Agreement as follows:

1. Users of the Site
The Site acts as a venue for users to exchange news and information, to order for products, get status of orders or know payment details to establish an electronic marketplace. There are different types of users of Site:

Visitors. Anyone who comes to the Site for the first time or who has not registered with us is a Visitor. As a Visitor, you are able to view the content and general information about AIL available on the Site.

Customers. In addition to having access to contents like other Visitors, Customers are allowed to order for products on the Site. To become a customer, you must register by filling out an on-line application. After verification and assessing the level of business, you would be advised of access key, identification number and password. The terms of delivery, payment and other conditions are to be separately agreed between AIL and the Customer.

Vendors. In addition to having access to contents like other Visitors, Vendors who Authorized can get schedules, payment details and bid for RFQs. To become a Vendor, you must register as a Vendor by filling out an on-line application. After verification, you would be advised of access key, identification number and password. The terms of delivery, payment and other conditions are to be separately agreed between AIL and the Vendor.

2. Information Posted on the Site
You acknowledge that we do not endorse and are not responsible for any information posted on the Forum contained on the Site. You are solely responsible for information that you post on the Site, including but not limited to any posting or listing in any public message area, through any e-mail feature. You acknowledge that your information does not: (a) infringe any third party's rights, including, without limitation, intellectual property rights such as trademark, service mark, copyright, and patent rights, as well as any publicity rights or privacy rights; (b) be defamatory, slanderous or libelous, threatening or racial or harassing; (c) be obscene, indecent or contain pornography; (d) be false, inaccurate or misleading; (e) be fraudulent or involve the sale or solicitation of counterfeit, stolen, illicit or illegal goods; or (f) otherwise create any liability on our behalf. We reserve the right to take any action with respect to information posted on the Site that we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including but not limited to termination of your rights of use. However, we do not regularly monitor and cannot, nor do we try to, control the information provided by users or content providers which is made available through our system. You acknowledge that information sent or posted on the Site by other people may be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that you will use caution and common sense when using our Site. We also reserve the right to remove your comments in Forum at any time as it deems appropriate, at our sole discretion after posting for some time or not at all.

3. System Integrity
You may not use any device, software or routine, including but not limited to any viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs or cancelbots, intended to damage or interfere with the proper working of the Site or any bid being conducted on our Site or to surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information from the Site. You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, including but not limited to "Spam" or other such unsolicited mass e-mailing techniques. You will not interfere with the activities of other users of the site.

4. Use of Bots and Other Electronic Agents
You agree that you will not use any robot, bot, spider, or other automatic or manual device or process to monitor or copy any pages or data on the Site. Your Site Access Kay identification No. and password are confidential and proprietary and you may not disclose these to or share them with any third parties or otherwise use these for any unauthorized purpose.

5. Links to and from Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party web sites not under our control or operation. We provide links only as a convenience, and we do not endorse nor are we responsible for the contents of any linked site or any site linked to or from a linked site, You agree not to provide any link to or from any page on the Site without our express written permission.
